  • What is Virtual Reality?

    • Virtual reality is an artificial environment that is created with software and presented to the user in such a way that the user suspends belief and accepts it as a real environment. Definition from WhatIs.com

  • Can I play games with my friends?

    • Currently, we only have one VR station set up for specific games.  Some of the games we use the system with are played with more than one person as a team.

  • How will I know when I am next to a wall?

    • There are defined play areas to prevent you from running into anything.

  • What kind of shoes do I wear to play?

    • We recommend a comfortable walking shoe or boot.  High heels are not well suited for this activity

  • How should I dress?

    • Normal daily attire is fine. Since you may become quite active in your adventure, you may not want to dress-up or be in restrictive attire. There is a possibility you may sweat a bit!

  • What are the physical limitations of using virtual reality equipment?

    • For the best virtual reality experience, we recommend that users have full mobility of their head and neck and at least one hand. Some games are very physically active. If you need special accommodations, give us a call and we will do our best to accommodate your needs or suggest an alternate game choice. If you have pre-existing medical conditions (such as a heart ailment), conditions that affect your ability to safely perform physical activities, psychiatric conditions (such as anxiety disorders or post-traumatic stress disorder), or if you are pregnant or elderly, experience seizures with flashing lights, please consult your doctor prior to arriving.

    • You should also avoid visiting if you are sick, fatigued, under the influence of intoxicants/drugs, or are not feeling generally well, as it may exacerbate your condition.

  • Do I need to take off my glasses to play?

    • Nope, headsets are adjustable to allow a comfortable and secure fit for all users with or without glasses.

  • Will I experience motion sickness?

    • It is always possible especially to those who are susceptible to motion sickness. If you feel any discomfort during your virtual reality session, we ask that you please inform a staff member immediately. We may be able to offer a different experience that is less motion intense.  Ginger candy is said to help motion sickness...we try to keep some on hand.  Motion sickness wristbands are sold at area stores and may work better than the ginger candy.

  • Is there an age limit to play?

    • We recommended players to be at least 10 years old and 36” tall to be able to use the virtual reality equipment properly.  We value our little people's brains, however, and do not allow children under 10 years old in VR.

  • Do I need to sign a waiver?

    • All players are required to sign a waiver. This form can be found in the waiver section of this website. We suggest filling out the online form prior to your arrival to prevent delay in starting your quest. If you cannot access the online version, we have paper forms and access to the online version on site. Parents of children under 18 must fill out the form for minors. Parents of minors must check in the child, and are required to stay on the premises, but not necessarily in the gameplay area. For the safety of the child(ren), no one 13 and under will not be allowed to leave the gaming area without a parent or guardian. Parents must leave a cell phone # for us to contact them if they leave the gaming area.

  • What payment types are accepted?

    • We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover card for online bookings. For in-store bookings and purchases, we accept all of the above and cash. We do not accept checks. We also have e-gift cards available:

  • What are your cancellation and refund policies?

      • Any players arriving after their scheduled time will be considered a late-show. No refund, reimbursement or pro-rating will be given, but you may play for the remainder of your scheduled time as long as there are at least 30 minutes remaining in your time slot.

Some pre-paid certificates expire but are still valid for use after the expiration date at a lesser value than when purchased. The amount paid at the time of the reservation may not be the same as the value at the time of cancellation.

  • When should I arrive?

    • At least 15-20 minutes before, especially if this is your first visit. Arriving ahead of time will assure you receive the entire time reserved and allows us time to verify your reservation, payment, check that the waivers are signed, get you into the gear and make sure you are familiar with how to use the equipment. Your time starts and ends at the scheduled times. There will not be early start times, nor will there be any extended time adjusted due to pre-game procedures.
